By accessing or using our SMS scheduling and customer support service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.
Description of Service: Our platform provides SMS-based messaging for appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and support. We facilitate communication between clinics and customers as a technology provider only. Do not use our service for emergency needs.
SMS Messaging Program Terms: By providing your phone number or starting a text, you consent to SMS for scheduling and support. Frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support@example.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
User Responsibilities & Data Privacy
Users must provide accurate information, not misuse the service, and must not send unlawful, abusive, or disruptive content or attempt to hack the platform.

Third-Party Services: We use third-party providers, including SMS delivery, hosting, and infrastructure services. Service availability may depend on these providers.
Limitation of Liability & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if terms are violated. You may stop using the service by opting out at any time.
Modifications & Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
